Common Issues

Quick answers to the most frequent questions

❌ The bot doesn't create voice rooms

Check these points:

  • Bot has Manage Channels permission
  • The category still exists (not deleted manually)
  • Bot role is higher than the created channels
  • Try running /setup again
❌ Buttons don't appear in the panel

Open your dashboard → Buttons section → enable the ones you need.

Then save — the panel will refresh automatically within seconds.

❌ Server has VIP but features don't work

Run /vip status in any channel to verify the subscription is active.

If expired → renew it from roomie.top/premium.

❌ Rooms aren't auto-deleting when empty

Rooms do not auto-delete if they are:

  • 📌 Pinned (VIP feature)
  • 🔒 Locked with someone inside
  • Still have bots connected
❌ Members can't join the creator channel

Check the creator channel's permissions — @everyone must have View Channel + Connect.
